"Rewarding holders" sorry, I am not familiar with that term.

If true though RM will be the most popular CEO in town.

The ann does state "to raise $4.6million". That is only achieved if every single holder takes up the full offer to them and that is only going to happen on the back of a win where the SP could be 3,4,5,10 times higher than the 2c offer.
I think you could be right invest4it. It seems the only logical conclusion from today's ann. However, the sceptical side of me is still looking for the negative and questioning what appears to be a VERY NOBLE gesture from RM.

Anyhow, it's a tad late now, after being in for 2.5 years, to start second guessing RM so I'm taking your approach that this is great news today for LT holders. RM just gave us a promise of a very nice pre-xmas gift assuming we win of course.
