All very interesting but we still come back to the fact that only the Landholders can approve who does what on their land, the rest appears to be money and power trying to override the peoples rights, assume SMM wins, what do they win, NOTHING except an agreement between themselves and the Government, in this case does the Government try to bring in legislation to override the peoples rights and if they do what would the result be. 1/ Bloodshed i would imagine and a protest by every single Tribe in the SI 2/ SMM manage to coerce the Landholders with Cash or promises of cash, to date SMM have shown clearly their promise is worth a big fat zero.
The agreement between Axiom and the Landholders is almost watertight, unless of course the Landholders are simply playing one against the other for whatever they can get, i don't believe that but it is possible.
SMM have to continue their stance i imagine because any rulings made could or would effect their own SP.
