Lets just say, if you own just short of 125,000 shares, you would want to top up otherwise you don't get any. I assume if you have options you would want to exercise them before the date or miss out?? This could be a way of flushing the options out as well as pushing shareholder to hold a bit more to fit into the "Wealthy" category (I like to think of it as the "crazy" category because I'm in it but wouldn't classify myself as "Wealthy".
