I certainly empathise with you on this and I would feel the same. The reaction in the price means shareholders short of 125000 are topping up, but also, those eligible would also be topping up too!
It may also stop the short selling (...f I had the hindsight would have made a fortune) but I agree, those holding less than 125000 have a definite axe to grind based on this announcement (which is not final yet I suppose)
An amendment could be those who have held longer than 1 year etc etc..
