I have given up on any chance of cleanout at the top. There have been more than enough reasons to put a broom through it in the last few years and well if those reasons are not enough, this current balls up probably won't be either. Believe me when I say the current management will be locking the door on the way out in a couple of years time.

We need an entrepreneur back in charge, not somebody who just babysits the paperwork and says "this happened" and then "that happened" and "now something else happened" as though they are looking from a distance.

I have already accepted Axiron was dead as the generic sales numbers were so damning. I have also accepted the loss of the court case, after all, how can you really enforce a patent which says "you shove it under your arm"

So, in a way, I welcome this situation. It will be over one way or another in a couple of years, rather than more drift because they can rest on past laurels.
