so what does that latter part of your post mean? sorry bit slow this morning. is it alluding to ACR taking action against Eli for 10 years lost patent royalties? or against the generics?.
If Eli - then as agreement terminated by mutual consent I would've thought no action against Eli.
If against generics then won't the annualised sales now be more of an undetermined smaller amount since Eli no longer marketing/selling the product. So how would future losses be determined without Eli in the picture and a proven historical sales record?.
or have I read the last bit wrong?
