Acrux licences its product Axiron to Eli Lilly. Acrux receives royalties base on the net sales achieved (it scales - somewhere between 12 and 15 percent). In addition Acrux will receive milestone payments base on the net sales hurdles (achieved in a calandra year).
The next milestone would be paid if net sales goes north of usd200m in the year. At a run rate of 40m - that will not happen this year. But if net sales can recover to 50m per q then it is game on!
