I'm saying that some are avoiding reverse auction platforms such as BID and EAX because energy is scarce and they don't need to ruthlessly undercut one another. With regards BP and other large BID customers, I'd say it depends on when they carried out their procurement. It could be that they locked in 2 or 3 year contracts 8 months ago using BID, I don't know. The market has changed drastically in the last 3 or 4 months.
