WOW, rejection not a complete suprise but going out of your way to point to Bendigo, and what can only by taken as blank check approval for any merger/takeover/sale of non-Big4 is.
I wonder if ACC send Suncorp a (Mac, KPMG, Delliotte type) bill for consulting fees identifying (if not recommending) Bendigo Bank as Suncorp's likely partner &/or purchaser.
