Sun have told its staff today that they and ANZ r going to tribunal which should have a result by qtr1 2024. They have also reiterated that if they lose they will not merge with Bendigo based on the reasons they weren't chosen in the first place. They also dont want a merger with script from Bendigo, they want cash so they can go after something like Zurich's Aust insurance arm
