I would expect that is this has a significant inpact on TPG plans than they should put out a release to market. I notice the ACCC update it relevant to supplier of up to 12k customers - TPG may have more than this on it own network ? Is this irrelevant if TPG provides open wholesale access to other carriers anyway ?
Any step towards settling down regulatory changes should rebuild confidence in the Telco sectors forecasts and share prices.
