Well run ASX-listed companies have clear benchmarks and KPIs.
ACCC staff may have mostly worked from home and hence haven't been at much risk of being stood down or quarantined during any period since COVID-19 became a problem in about February/March 2020.
This is in contrast to employees at QUB (and competitors), with many of the latter working at sites where being exposed to the virus is a real possibility.
Many private sector staff have lost their jobs during COVID-19 or have been placed on reduced hours. Yet in the public sector epitomised by the ACCC, no such job losses have occurred. Mollycoddled!
