    They seemed to have ignored capex requirements for building a mobile network.  They seem to think TPG can sustain those costs and still manage to be hyper-competitive.  It's a shocking decision. 


    I am surprised that submissions from Teoh and co. weren't more compelling.  The ACCC has picked them up on basically everything.
