Another interesting thing to come out of the AFR article (and having read it, it's definitely supposed to be TJ/d) is: Incitec said on Thursday that it is negotiating access to Central's NT gas production "at least until the end of 2019".
There has been a lot of criticism here of Cottee's apparently inaction in securing offtake agreements for the NGP gas. It seems from the article that the relationship between IPL and Cottee is closer than many were aware, and that IPL has probably always had first rights on CTP's gas. That is probably the reason for Cottee's supposed inactivity.
