So what are the possible outcomes?
1. Get a fine
2. Compelled to sell at a loss into a low market
3. Get told they are naughty and cant increase % ownership above current 20%
I think option 3 is most likely.
Whats the alternative for alliance? If they sold to someone else it would most likely be chinese investors and there would be an investigation into that. Cant win
