While the purchase price may not (yet) be public, provided NAB has not overpaid, this is a very good move.
One child banks with '86 400'. I asked how they became aware of it and got the usual 'I don't know' young adults' response.
It's important NAB doesn't neglect new channels.
The impression one gets is that the newish top team at NAB are rarely putting a foot wrong. Encouraging!
