The real culprits are:
Tony Alford (former MD)
Alicia Atkinson (former Marketing Mgr and wife of MD)
Colin Archer (former Chairman)
Gary Alford (former Chief Operating Officer)
Andre Nell (former CEO)
These 6 low life’s oversaw the deception of franchisees and shareholders and the trashing of shareholder value.
The ACCC should charge this collective bunch with as many charges as possible.
In my opinion Tony Alford should spend some time in prison, behind bars. His behaviour was reprehensible and smacks of the worst behaviour possible in business.
