CW hold all the cards - what is the pharmacist going to do, other than what CW says is to be done? Why would they give a damn? They are pretty much employees in all aspects except for the contract. If they were entrepreneurial they would be wanting their own pharmacy. This is great for most of them - they go home and don't have a thought about work until they get back the next day. All the business thinking and worrying is done at HQ, other than at the level of carrying out Pharmacist duties diligently.
I just wonder if the ACCC will be sucked in by this legal situation. Yeah - I know there is a lot of vested interest in this, but what you are writing about the pharmacists precise legal status is irrelevant to the situation at hand IMO, unless the ruling is made by a legal sucker who cannot see through the legalese - would not be the first time.
