Sigma ha the data set of CWH already. In a merger both parties will have each others data set it’s why it’s called a merger. They franchise to 16 percent of pharmacies on this merger common sense tells you of the franchisee of Sigma/CWH is unhappy they can join the 84 percent of franchises not part of sigma. It’s pretty dumb issues that have arisen lol and they all have no legs.
