Sounds like it will eventually go through. For other pharmacies who deal with sigma as a wholesaler, if their conditions worsen they will simply move to another wholesaler. A few other noteable ones include API (owned by wesfarmers), symbion and CH2. Prices between wholesalers are quite competitive and differ ever so slightly.
It will be interesting to see what they do from here.
