I agree, Downer is too important as well.

ACCC is one of the worst regulators in the world choosing to side with an unlisted company Challenger Services, whose directors and executive are so opaque, makes u wonder what other nasty gremlins are lurking behind the unlisted companies of corporate Australia, against Ventia and a company, Downer Group, whose Board of Directors and executives are known and voted in each year, and are Australian with Australian Government contracts as opposed to an unlisted company whose directors and executives may be beholden to a foreign power.

The ACCC brings a case against the Australian ASX listed company.

just investigates complaints from commercial losers like Challenger Services who has bad blood from losing out many times in Government contracts and defense contracts to Downer Group, Spotless and Ventia.

Challenger Services, who had in some opinions down in Australia much to blame for the dirty, grubby, shocking state of aged and health services, poor Australian airline food, poor hospitality, nursing homes, aged care deaths, food poisoning scares, poor food in childcare, and all the health issues faced by Australians is now taking their frustrations out on Downer Group, Spotless and Ventia through the ACCC.

The AFR should start investigating all the issues at Challenger Services and call out the ACCC for not acting on the referral but for being partisan and biased for a failing company, Challenger Services, to make an industry leader Downer Group, the major part of the Australian defense establishment suffer.

Challenger Services could bring Australian defense down if their bad blood against Downer Group raised thru the ACCC succeeds.

ACCC, NEC's media outlets, AFR, and other media, should investigate Challenger Services and get the ACCC to drop its ill conceived and unfortunate, weak case against Downer Group to be thrown out.

The ACCC has to look at the others on its list of regulatory high risk:
