see that's the problem as such reports per your link are fabricated that way - I've worked for big business everything published doesn't mean there's transparency on the contrary many a time it is worded that way to suit their means, facts & figures are tampered with/falsified /exaggerated to suit their means.
I recall top level management & hierarchy in Finance/Insurance/Banking industry I've worked in swearing me to secrecy & my job on the line if I ever leaked the facts/truth - the public could never ever know about the dodgy practices our company engaged in & truly what they did behind the scenes - I know full well not to trust such information & reports as are false & misleading. I know it first hand saw it with my own eyes across many decades. I won't name the companies but to just say that are big name organisations. It's all a mafia there as the big boys club (corruption & greed is rampant in the boardroom).
