I'd deal with big business & retailer's by simply imposing price regulation controls & capped prices - similar to communism if you wish to call it that. Free market supply & demand setting prices in the so called free market world is a joke. I can't believe I can sometimes find exact same item/product with a price discrepancy of at times up to 50% cheaper! Same goes with driving around looking for cheaper fuel - can find 20% cheaper
No bloody price controls in Australia nothing is regulated except the tax payer & home owner (plenty of legislation to fine you & impose penalties if you happen to steal a banana so to speak).. whereas customers getting ripped off at the register comes free to them without consequences and the big4 banks get away with murder so to speak fleecing customer's
