Hmm. That may be the case, but AYC needs Maldon. Its called bargaining.
Shareholders in both companies want to get a return. I just feel ORS had a crack, and have failed, best to let AYC have a go. I mean, ORS team can run the plant. but no... lots of synergies for such small companies.

The salaries of ORS alone will save a couple of hundred K...

Anyway, I will continue to watch on.
