yes you are correct retiredyoung, looks like a good deal for both parties , A1 gold have a fair way to transport their Ore guessing 150km but as long as it is high enough in grade guess that it will be worth it, think they were going to process ore from their mine at Maldon a couple of years ago but it came to nothing.
3 cents a share is a nice premium to current 1 cent.
