    Sorry, I just don't get it. Why are the two companies simply not merging.

    That is the only way to really reduce admin costs... and allow shareholders a real upside. To only receive 50 of the shares of A1.... means they will keep selling the other 50% to further explore burns... which means A1 shares are going to be under pressure for a while to come.

    Sadly I sold for a small loss a while back. I decided I wanted my money in the best I could find, ORS looked to be a real goer, but just too risky for me.

    Good luck to those that stick with ORS.
