I don't think HHL is finished. Now that P.Hall is gone, there is no desire from them to hold this goldie. He was basically the guy advocating for it. I imagine they want far lower exposure. Thing is, at this level there is a lot of demand - buy side is still chock full of orders at substantial volume.

Once HHL et al is completely rinsed out of the stock, price will shoot up quite quickly imho. Patience will almost certainly be rewarded with DRM holders this year. Otherwise I would wait until >50c confirmation.
