To submit a late-breaking abstract, authors must provide a justification explaining the necessity for late submission. This explanation is shared with abstract reviewers and program co-chairs during the evaluation process.
It’s important to note that work submitted should not have been previously reported in an archival scientific publication, either as an article or abstract, at the time of submission.
Additionally, data presented at other meetings prior to the ASTCT conference are generally not accepted. “
