    IMO, demeanor in earlier EGM/webinar suggested 'supreme-confidence in IMU's position, so much so, that the EGM-vote seemed more like an 'ASX-listing obligation' rather than a 'CR/marketing' exercise to convince SHs...

    Not saying it is definitively, but it's a very plausible scenario considering the circumstances...
