We’re left wondering whether absence of abstract, despite emails to the contrary to us, is simply a technical hitch.
(Also, in a legal sense, could the term “from Friday 17” be argued to allow for anytime FROM - like up to 13th Feb? Which would take us back to wondering why delay so long when it should be available).
No point doing one’s head in over it - all will be revealed (I guess).
