Shorters also have a purpose - to grind every cent they can from normal honest retails holders by selling something they don't own to manipulate the price down to where they can buy back cheaper.
The serious question is "WHY do our Regulators allow this?"
The only reason I can see for them allowing such obvious manipulation is that the Regulators somehow benefit from the process!? For my thoughts to be wrong implies our Regulators are unimaginably DUMB!!
