His strategy is a T/O from a BP so doesn't care, it's all about the clinical trial updates for VAXINIA and OASIS in the next 2-5 months for CVI to convert at 125% of 3.8c and warrant at 5c and cap the re-rate and then use some of those fund to advance Azer-Cel in the next 6-11 months and then use these data for application for registrational clinical trial.
