Never have so many puzzled so long over the implications of a conference and its timings.
I’m still confused at how it can be a late-breaking submission if we were notified of its acceptance on 20 December, when the post of
@plumvj (who certainly does their research) that I’m replying to here, includes Tandem Meetings advice that late breaking abstract submissions won’t be notified of acceptance/rejection until early January.
If it transpires that it is a “normal” submission AND if late edits were accepted up until 2 December, then I wonder whether there’s something in the abstract unknown to the investor and which must therefore be withheld until investors can be advised (presumably many companies would be in this situation).
If this proves to be the case, how significant that update might be we have no idea.
