The evolution and development of cancer treatments, in my view, will explode in the coming years. Heck, we may even miss the boat. Those with the know-how are already modelling treatments using AI.
As the medical fraternity are given choices, doctors and patients will go for the least gruelling, highest safety options in front of them as their first option.
Why add to the burden of battling cancer, everything else that comes with chemo. Try being an elderly person in an aging world population where you aren't offered chemo cos the effects are too gruelling. Yes, yes, Mason's argument will be that this is where Bisantrene shines. But then try being a young person and have to worry about fertility, etc.
Unfortunately, by the time RAC gets ahead of the game and gets to the point where there is something to negotiate with BP, they may very well find they were 30 years too late.
