IL-2 was developed 5 decades ago and can be used to improve CAR T but can cause toxicity, I would be very surprise if the approved Autologous CAR T wasn't tested during the clinical trial to see if their efficacy improve with IL-2 given the high relapse rate. IL-2 seemingly work with the Azer-Cel compound which Precision also didn't figure out and likely why IMU got the IP cheap????
