Dosage continue? (you mean Azer Cel?). There are 6 dosage levels, this is dosage escalation and I dont know where they are with dosages. I presume the patients that got a CR got full dose - but I don't know.
Patients dosed? To date - I think the number from the poster preso was about 12. They want 129 according to the clinical trial. This will take quite a while - I imagine another year maybe 18 months. But they are to open another 3 sites in Aus.
Azer Cel /IL with CF33? This is the end plan. This is all dependant on Oncarlytics timeline program - currently at Ph1 with blinatumab. Gotta get that through first, then Azer cell/CF33. Realistically years before we add azer cell to Cf33.
No use throwing IL2 in with CF33, it will do nothing, at least I think so - could be good for oncarltyics though.
I presume the people that haver come through, have done SOC, then first line therapy, then second line therapy and then 3rd line. All SOC, you couldn't have other trial drugs used, it would stuff up resutls. It needs to be measure against all the current medications/therapies.
