I agree the results are looking promising and this market alone could be worth $2.5B annually, before adding additional indications and potentially taking market share from earlier lines of therapy.
I am disappointed in the slow progress so far. I do hope it was a single delay with the protocol change and that they are now enrolling at the original pace they predicted.
If they can complete enrollment next quarter then we'll be 12 months behind the original plan. Which might mean FPI for a registrational trial Q1 2026 (instead of Q1 2025).
3 years for registrational trial, results analysis and FDA approval? First sales 2029?
