Trying to think of any other company that has ADR's of 250 to 1, in order to meet the minimum Nasdaq filing requirement of US $4. I don't think there are any. They would be laughed off Wall Street. It would make more sense to list in Toronto, since they need Canadian corporate welfare to do anything, but that raises questions about Chinese ownership.
