As a former holder of AZL & BHL, you show how interested u truly are (with about 2500 posts here) in your adopted state of Arizona.
You need to get out of the cave and learn to live a better life that doesn't involve wasting your time with irrelevant information here. There is limited information provided by you that has much relevance.
