Agreed @Waddo1 and it's a very shrewd move by Mark Creasy, since Tony Rovira was head of the team that made those huge discoveries of nickel

Mr Rovira has been responsible for the discovery of several mineral deposits in Australia which have been developed into operating mines. His most famous discoveries were the Cosmos and Cosmos Deeps nickel sulphide deposits in Western Australia.

When operating, Cosmos was the highest grade, open pit nickel mine in the world. Mr Rovira was awarded the Prospector of the Year Award by the Australian Association of Mining and Exploration Companies for this discovery.

So in Mexico, Tony and team have been on a steep learning curve with geological conditions there, which eventually produced some decent finds the Au and Ag, using lateral thinking and revising past assumptions.

Here it's familiar territory. A very good move for both parties while the situation in Mexico sorts out and very promising for shareholders.
