    While not at a premium as I'd hoped, it's only a ~5% discount to the 5 day VWAP

    In comparison to CXO'S ~30% discount to their 5 day VWAP they've done quite well

    SQM participating to maintain their 19.9% stake

    Creasy also appears to be participating
