Somebody I know is in the market at 0.030 at present. She uses Commsec. At least the last two trades today were hers. She'll still be there in the morning for more.
All it means is that shares are turning over between Commsec buyers and sellers. So mostly retail folks passing the parcel amongst themselves. By matching up the buys and sells internally, Commsec saves a small ASX fee. They don't pass any of it on to the client, though.
