Albermarle can't buy into AZS or shake it up because the big holders like Gina and SQM want the off-take and have no reason to sell.
Gina doesn't care about control she wants the off take. Creasy is in the box seat to reap the rewards.

The view of Joe Lowry aka Dr Lithium is that Albermarle are a bunch of chancers who haven't actually operated a mine since the early 1980s [paraphrasing but that seems to be the gist]. Discussed in Money of Mine Youtube video around Nov 2023.

All this makes me think that Andover will become an operating mine no question. The big issue for shareholders is about if it's being sold for a fair and reasonable price. We should be prepared to challenge the recommendations of the so called independent valuer, and ask deeper questions about whether this is being hushed up.
