You gentlemen need to do your homework a bit better

MinRes and Gina as so friendly that MinRes does significant contract mining services for Gina in iron ore and they have co-invest in oil & gas etc

MinRes primarily wants the mining services roles, but happy to own material equity stakes to insure that all happens

There is not a chance in Hell that MinRes will be voting anything down to disadvantage Gina

This deal is all over, Red Rover

time to think about where you reinvest now ?
- Pilbara 50% (so cheap by any comparison)
- Wildcat 35% (very similar to AZS asset)
- Patriot 15% (delay in development but lovely deposit)
