Another thought came to mind is, (and this is more hope then fact I guess...but might be a possibility)....... I was thinking that the Independent Expert, might actually hold off making a determination, until he/she sees the first MRE.... as the timeline of both SoA-Takeover / MRE will most likely fall in a similar window i.e. March etc...... Not sure if this is possible or if the "Expert" must stick to a strict timeline etc.
Additionally, (also from the AGM news release) but references have been made to the effect of, "For 2024 we're just gonna keep on drilling and adding to MRE"...... So the first MRE in Q1/Q2 is only the initial one..... what about the upgrades to the MRE later through 2024......
