yeh, i was offered shares but passed, was not impressed with the escrowed shares, to many on voluntary and coming of soon as well, also the co wants retail to prop up thier holdings at $3.41 through the IPO, yeh right.
this is exactly what i expected and passed.
i'll wait for awhile before i jump in, still a way to go south for this before it stops, still like the model though
