We would have had an additional 1.285M in Cash, not earnings. For earnings (profit), only interest is taken into account - not repayment of principal.
The beauty of BPP's results are the positive CFO in Q4 (in-line with my projection) and inventory awaiting deployment, which generates further business.
Net, considering the potential here - we're certainly under-valued!
