Another good quarterly from BPP. Is anyone else following this microcap?

From my analysis, I've pulled a few numbers from the financials below. Note, FY2024 is an estimate.

A couple of things stood out to me:

1. Operating cash flow continues to head in the right direction, almost 2 years of fairly consistent positive operating cash
2. Debt still remains quite high, but is reducing (slowly). Would like to see them be able to payoff the debt and reduce the interest expense
