The RCN has to be attractive enough to incentivise new investment. We have to stop the Lind selling. $3m can be converted into shares at 24 months. No discount to market. If the uranium market runs or the ECT claim is settled, the SP could be at 4-5c. The RCN holders will receive 1/10 of the shares Lind are converting at. The royalties only happen if Tiris moves to production and in that case the uranium price will be a lot higher and the Co will be in a far stronger position. This is the only real way to save the Co.
