The takeover bid by Perseus destroyed the development of Exore's share price. All activities that would bring Exore forward have been stopped or news has been withheld. Exore Management has sweetened the takeover and has completely lost sight of the excellent possibilities of its own company. The takeover offer is a cheek and should be rejected. Comparison: Perseus is like a mother who deprives her boy of the freedom of youth and calls him to order. No urge to research, no courage, no visions. I am for the freedom of youth and do not sell!
